No Fix No Charge Guaranteed

Carsan Computer no fix no fee guarantee means that if we cannot provide you with a solution to your problem, we will not charge you for our services. In some cases, the solution may be that you need to upgrade or replace your software or hardware.

If we advise you to do so and you choose not to upgrade or replace your software or hardware, you acknowledge that we have met our commitment to you by providing a solution to your problem, whether or not you choose to implement that solution.

Warranty

Carsan Computer Inc. (CCI) will provide support, maintenance and service to CLIENT's computer, workstation, server, printer, network and overall computer systems, by request of the CLIENT only. No other third party technicians, CLIENT or employees should be allowed access to any aspect of the system configuration, as this would void any or all CCI warranties.

CCI warranties work in conjunction with the manufacturers warranties, our service warranties are not intended to supplement or replace regular manufacturer's warranties.


Service:

CCI offers a 90-Day(s) warranty unless otherwise specified on all services associated with CCI pre-existing hardware service. The CLIENT is required to notify CCI within 90-Day(s) to obtain service under this warranty. Any problem that may occur or reoccur after CCI has completed service would be evident within 7-Day(s) from the service date. If problem arise after that there will be more than a likely be other contributing factors involved (e.g. Operator error, malware, hardware and or software incompatibilities.) CCI will notify the CLIENT upon completion of service whether new components and or software will be needed to maintain stability and or reliability.

Hardware:

CCI will fully cover, under 90-Day(s) warranty unless otherwise specified, (CPU, Main board, Power supply, Memory, Hard disk drive, Video card, Cables, Optical drives & Monitor, Networking, Routers & Switch) installed, replace and or repair by CCI.

CCI will not cover pre-existing components under CCI warranty or contracts. CCI Warranty does not cover defects, covered by mishandling, negligence, or unauthorized alternations, nor does it guarantee fitness of use. Any data recovery and system repair costs of third party installed components will be incurred by the CLIENT.

CCI service warranty does not cover the following:

  • Any problem arising due to human negligence
  • Any problem arising due to an act of nature such as lightning, electrical power surge, wind, fire, flood, earthquake, etc.
  • Any repair resulting from an insurance claim

Software:

CCI covers installation of CCI originated software for 7-Day(s). This warranty does not include damage to the media or lost of documentation. The warranty covers only software that CCI installed, endorses and support.

If Microsoft Windows Operating System and Antivirus Software are per-Installed by CCI the client should download regular updates from Microsoft and the Antivirus providing company. If this is not done, the software warranty becomes void.

CCI is not responsible for any Malicious Software (Virus, Spyware, Worm, Trojan, Rootkit, etc.) contracted or any other intrusive software (such as browser hijackers, etc.) that may have been contracted by the customer, ether visiting “infected” websites or downloading “infected” files and or programs. If this occurs, the software warranty is void however CCI can clean and re-load all software for a nominal fee if requested by the client.

Backing up your software or data

Computers are complicated machines and although we take all reasonable precautions, files can be lost simply by doing routine work. You acknowledge and agree that it is your sole responsibility to back up all software and data that is stored on your computer's hard drive(s) and/or any other storage devices you have before we provide any services to you.

If for some reason you cannot back-up your data, we can do this for you for a fee as part of our services. If you choose not to back-up your data, either yourself or through us, you do so at your own risk and agree that we will not be responsible at any time for any loss, alteration or corruption of data or files relating, either directly or indirectly from the provision of our services.
